Yoga & intention setting starts the day. A mix of illuminating spa services and healthy living classes fill the morning & afternoon. Day closes with relaxing yoga, sacred essential oil anointing and guided imagery and special drumming session.
Tresa will be providing a special Ayurvedic “Illuminating Skin” treatment called Ubtan in the morning. She will also be teaching the afternoon “Healthy living” sessions.
Fresh healthy breakfast, lunch and snacks provided. Each participant receives a gift bag.
