This is a specialized class for the challenges of being a "modern woman" but still wanting to be soft and natural in that approach. There are many powerful essential oils to help you stay balanced. 40 Days to Enlightened Eating: Summer Program
BodyWise Wellness & Spa 4235 Green Bay Road Suite 10, Kenosha, WI, United States40 Days to Enlightened Eating:: Summer Program Journey to Optimal Weight, Health, Energy, and Vitality Transform your eating habits and yourself in this 40-day journey to Enlightened Eating. In this weekly class, you'll be given new recipes, be introduced to new concepts about eating and see what living a healthy lifestyle looks like. This program is based on yoga and Ayurveda which is an ancient healing science that guides you to balancing your mind, body and spirit. This is a weekly class starting with the "Kick Off" session, Tuesday, June 5th. We will meet Tuesday’s from 6:30 - 8:00pm from 6/5 - 7/10. You will also receive encouraging daily emails as well as handouts. The cost is $125 and you can purchase the book "40 Days to Enlightened Eating" for an additional $21.99. Aromatherapy for Pets

However, essential oils can be overpowering, especially used in dosages that we use for ourselves. We tend to forget that our pets have very sensitive noses and can be strongly affected by just opening the bottle of essential oil. In this class, Tresa will share her years of knowledge on how to properly use essential oils around your pets and give common uses for dogs, cats, horses, birds and other creatures. Tresa Laferty of Speak to the Earth will be offering this class and is an Advanced Medicinal Aromatherapist, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Animal Wellness Advocate. Aromatherapy Certification Course

In this three-day intensive, you will be fully immersed in the healing worlds of essential oils. To read details about the course, click here. Friday, July 20: 1:00 - 5:00 pm Saturday, July 21: 9:00 - 5:00 pm Sunday, July 22: 8:30 - 4:30 pm The seminar fee is $575.00 ($550.00 early registration – 3 weeks before class date - June 29th), with 50% due at the time of registration and the balance due the first day of the seminar. Deposits are non-refundable unless class minimum is not met. If you choose to pay in installments, 50% is due at time of signing up and the remainder is due at time of class.
